SPRAYING PROCESS:

1、Preheat object temperature:220℃-240℃, 40min-60min

2、Surface temperature of the coating object: 110℃-140℃ to ensure the thickness of spraying

3、Curing object temperature: 190℃-200℃(Effective temperature) 15min-20min

4、The surface is free from grease, salt and other impurities

5、Sand blasting must be clear of sand, rust and sharp edges

6、Sa 2.5, recommended anchorage profile 60um

7、Ensure the temperature of preheating process is uniform and stable, avoid reoxidation

8、Spraying or fluidization should begin immediately after preheating to complete a single coating process in the shortest possible time.
